Modern, clean facilities and friendly staff. The location is a bit far from the center, about 30 minutes on foot, but the walk to the hotel is pleasant along the lake.

“Worse reservation of our whole years of hotel booking experience”

I booked a triple room at 11 pm for one night at €130, which seemed suitable for the three of us. We parked in a terrible lot with a weird entrance and stairs that could damage cars. When we arrived, the receptionist told us the price was €190 and tried to charge that. I asked why it was €130 and a triple room with 3 beds, and he said we needed to pay €60 more for the child. I called it a rip‑off, especially since it was Saturday night near midnight. He called a woman on the phone—unknown to me—and told her we wouldn’t pay the price shown on Booking. She demanded he charge the card, and he claimed the card had insufficient funds, yet they attempted to charge my card without consent for a room I hadn’t booked. They kept trying to “make fun” by offering a €5 discount. I have never experienced such inhumane, rude, and unprofessional behavior, exploiting a tired child and a late‑night situation. I will never recommend this hotel, never book here again, and hope no one else faces such a situation with staff who leave you stranded in the middle of the night. I stay a lot in hotels and Airbnbs and have never seen anything worse.
