The location is very convenient for moving around the city (the Mergellina metro takes you to the center and to the train station), the street is quiet even though it’s close to a busy area. The walk along the Mergellina seafront is pleasant and offers many options for lunch and dinner. The room is clean and well maintained, but the environment feels a bit sterile; you get the sense of a passing place.

The welcome, efficiency, location, cleanliness, and bed comfort are all excellent. Early in the morning, there were noises from above, like furniture moving.

The hotel is close to the sea and the metro station. We never met the host in person, but before arrival they contacted us in writing and were helpful. We received an extra blanket immediately upon request. In a small kitchen we could make free coffee and tea ourselves. The bathroom had soap, shampoo, and balm ready. The Wi‑Fi is good. The fridge is small and barely cooled drinks; we threw away the ham and cheese after one day. We didn’t request a cleaning sheet, yet the room and bed, including our pajamas, were rearranged on two consecutive days. We left the balcony door open for fresh air in the evening, but they also closed it.

Nice and clean, a large room with a nice big balcony. Bonus: a kitchen area where coffee could be made. The bed was super comfy.

The service was really good and the people were kind! Super clean, super location. Only the sofa bed in the living room wasn’t very comfortable.
