When I got there I realized that in the middle of all the drama I have going on at present moment, my driver's license has been lost, stolen or misplaced. Instead of attendant being a lil compassionate, he was a COMPLETE ARROGANT JERK & started lecturing me about how I should always have my id on me! NO KIDDING!!! I was up for the weekend to visit friends & he made an already terrible situation HORRIBLE! I rarely don't have my id on me, but he is no one to judge my life led alone kick me while I'm down! I will spend double on an AIR BNB before ever staying here over that 1 instance. People have messed up stuff happen sir! I was thrown out of my house a couple months ago & SOMEONE ELSE chose what was mine to take, never mind who paid for it & who it belonged too, ALONG WITH MY LICENSE! I drive about 3 miles a day so my license isn't always my first thing I look for!. The attendant, the ease of handling the situation! AND I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN REFUNDED!

The location was good. However, the floors were dirty and the staff weren’t very friendly.

The location was convenient for my parents and right in town, but the staff was completely rude and it took 10 minutes to get anyone to check me in.

“Despite odd surroundings, enjoyed the stay and the comfortable beds.”

The place looks a bit rough on the outside but the rooms are nice and have been recently upgraded and larger than I figured they would be. The rooms are super sound proof and the beds were quite comfortable which was a nice surprise. The people who run the place do all the cleaning and we were able to have our cat and our 2 guinea pigs stay with us with no pet deposit. The place appears to be mostly long term residents which is fine but it does collect some weird people. The gentleman who runs the place is nice but seems kinda untrusting. I'm guessing that that is just part of the job though
