I liked the hospitality of Mr. Toninho, who was very helpful and dedicated, friendly and welcoming. The lodge is very clean, cozy, and excellently located. The coffee was simple but pleasant.

When I booked, I was unsure because it’s a “pousada hotel,” but upon arrival the experience was amazing. The room was excellent, spacious enough for both work and leisure. Everything was beautiful and nostalgic, from the paintings and books to the furniture in the café lounge. There was even a well‑tuned piano. The bathroom was spotless and featured a unique toilet paper. A week before, I stayed at an Accor hotel that was good, but the Pousada Hotel Pacaembu surpassed all expectations. Many people ask about the breakfast, and for me it was just right, with no waste. There were yogurt, eggs, bread, ham, cheese, cake, tea, coffee, and milk—far more than my usual breakfast at home. I recommend it and will definitely return.
