The room is clean, tidy, very quiet area; the private bathroom is good, the host is welcoming and explains her beloved city. The only thing that felt odd was the private bathroom, truly separate from the room outside 😂, requiring a key to open; the same floor has slightly poor sound insulation, so a very boisterous neighbour can be a bit noisy.

The staff were friendly and polite, the station and trains were close by, and everything was easy to reach, even the airport.

We had to arrive early to drop off our luggage, but the owner helped us coordinate quickly so we could store our bags and get on with our day; the elevators in Italy are really hard to use.
