The yard is large, the kitchen is spacious with everything you need and multiple tables, and the rooms are big. There’s a nice barbecue (I haven’t had a chance to use it), a play area in the yard with swings for kids, and air conditioning works in the rooms. The balcony is large and spacious, and parking inside the property can accommodate multiple cars. The yard and amenities are nice. Overall, it’s a very good place and it’s clear the owners invested a lot, but it’s a shame they lack some procedures. My dislikes: both toilets in both rooms had rear evacuation detached and water was dripping under it; one toilet kept water going and made noise continuously. One toilet had two dry urine droplets under the seat—cleaning was not done properly, and the place looked clean but these two things are unacceptable. You can get diseases from previous guests. The shower curtain instead of a glass separator (in pics on booking it shows cabins, we got curtains). It’s 2026, not 1980; a small investment would make it hygienic. Inside the hallway there was a smell of perfume mixed with public toilets. I guess they used the same mop to clean both hallways and rooms with the one used in the bathrooms, and if there’s a leak, perfume can’t mask the smell. Old red worn covers on beds and used decorative pillows… better ditch them, they’re awful and don’t make the space nicer. I don’t understand why RO properties obsess over those plastic cheap bed covers. Red everywhere… some might enjoy it, others can find it cheap and disturbing; better use neutral colors when repainting next time. “Less is more.” I saw other rooms in your set of pics with better taste, so it’s possible. At night the whole yard is pitch black, not like in pics on site… install solar‑based lights, crepuscular sensors, and movement sensors if you rent this place for tourists, or use them. I might want to sit on the balcony and admire some of the yard or go to the kitchen without using a phone flashlight. Access to the rooms was made on a fire emergency stair, so if you’re getting the same room and have height sickness… not very pleasant. The TV was unusable—very small, channels had delays loading, or crashed.

We really liked the new place, the location, the large courtyard, the big room—really ideal for families. Unfortunately, the reviews said it was quiet, but we encountered a group of partygoers who played manele all night—well after the quiet hours mentioned (22:00). They shouted the manele too. We also had another problem: the toilet’s basin refilled after a few hours.
