We wasted our time and money. I booked this hotel, and when I arrived the hotel didn’t exist under the name given by the app. The name ABI hotel3 doesn’t exist, and the address provided isn’t accurate because it only lists a street, not a specific location. I messaged the hotel, and they replied hours later, by which time I had already booked another place. I was tired, and it was extremely hot at midday when we needed it. What happened was regrettable because I’ve been using this app for over 10 years and have never experienced anything like this before.

The hotel is well‑located, close to the beach and restaurants, with an email office across the street that has a grocery shop. The staff are friendly. The room didn’t match the photo, there was no trash bin in the room, and the hotel is very hard to find for drivers.
