“あれこれ書きましたが、概ね満足でした。1人だったらこのお値段でこの利便性は何も言うことありません。”
I stayed one night with a 2‑year‑old, searching for a low‑bed futon room and finally found this place, which worked out well. On the 3rd floor I booked a room that felt like a single apartment; it had a thick futon, a sink with an IH stove, a separate toilet, a washing machine, a small fridge, and a microwave in the hallway and first‑floor lounge. The sink had hand soap, kitchen soap, and a sponge. We received two sets of bath and face towels for the child, and detergent near the washer. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided and worked fine, with no squeaking or roughness. The hair dryer was a Salonier with good airflow and easy to use. There were four hangers, a small folding clothes rack, a small pin hanger, and a tiny room with a clothesline for hanging laundry. Inside the room, there were two hooks for hangers. Wi‑Fi worked smoothly, with no speed concerns. Two Uniqlo sofas were available and useful as a child’s guard. Depending on the previous guest, early check‑in was possible at no extra cost. Though I arrived with a carry‑back, the staff helped carry me up to the 3rd floor, which was a big help. Check‑out at 11 am was also convenient. Numerous restaurants were nearby, and a 24‑hour supermarket was just a few minutes’ walk, so shopping was easy.
I heard traffic at the intersection, with cars and motorcycles running close by, and the nearby nightlife made voices audible while walking. I also heard other guests closing their doors and a microwave in the hallway around midnight, so the room’s soundproofing was limited. Parking cost 600 yen per night, located a 2–3 minute walk away, but the tight lot on the first floor of a building near the intersection might feel cramped; a paid lot nearby might be safer if you’re not used to parking. At check‑in, I could unload my luggage on the road in front of the shop. The stairs to the room are steep and narrow, making it a bit tough for families with children. There’s a slightly higher step from the entrance to the room’s boundary and the changing area, so caution is needed with small kids. The changing area is curtain‑divided, so guests outside the family might feel uneasy.
