Staying in the glamping tent was really cool and special; everything was set up with great attention to detail, the organization was hassle‑free, nothing was missing. Everything was perfect.

It had a camping vibe but with a comfy bed and electricity – a nice private bathroom.

The yurts as a bedroom in the garden had a certain charm. The old pastorate where the tent sits is a pretty 18th‑century building, now a nice B&B hotel. The garden is a bit wild, quite dark at night (think flashlight). You have a private bathroom accessible through the garden. The tent’s furnishings are “practical” and very simple. The bed is fairly comfortable, but watch the headboard – not for intense “body exercises” to hold on to. We enjoyed breakfast in town (city bakery, 5 min walk). Unfortunately the tent isn’t suitable for a longer stay because you can’t fit much in it. Two chairs for hanging clothes, but nothing to put a suitcase on, let alone two. So we left a lot in the car for the three days, which was only moderately good. The natural garden may deter those with delicate sensibilities because snails and other creatures are present. With moisture and rain you inevitably bring dirt into the tent because there’s no protective “tarp”. Also believers (and non‑believers) are reminded by the bell ringing from the opposite church that God is always near. Luckily the bell is silent between 23 and 6 am.
