The quiet street, big TV, comfortable bed, makeup area, balcony, and ironing board were great, but the bathroom drain worked slowly, the hotel was hard to find (no sign), and there was a lack of clear communication during check‑in; it would have helped to receive the key‑card password, usage instructions, and payment details immediately.

The AC worked and the water was hot, but the hotel was a disaster from the start. The sign was almost invisible, and the phone was always busy. The room smelled of urine, had a lot of dust, and the sheets were yellow and needed replacing. Cleaning was clearly inadequate. There were no basic items: forks, spoons, knives, glasses—nothing at all! Another big issue: they don’t give a receipt. Payment is only by cash or card transfer. I don’t know who would find this acceptable, but I definitely don’t recommend this place. My vacation was ruined.

The location is very convenient near the city center, with a direct tram (7) from the train station. Nearby is Drebavivska. The property is fine but has a closed perimeter.
