The room was comfortable and the staff were nice, but bugs were crawling on the ceiling and one fell on my face; my husband squashed it in the sheets, which were already dirty. For a while we stayed in that room and they never compensated us or offered to move us to a different one.

The guy who checked me in was nice and the place is near restaurants, but the room was only okay for the money. Even after paying for the room, they still charged a $100.00 deposit that I had to provide, and now I’m disputing that charge with my credit card because they’re trying to keep it. I have a receipt that shows it was a deposit, and despite any lame response from the owner, the bottom line is you should refund deposits promptly. It was just me in the room, and if it wasn’t for one towel used and the bed having to be made, you would never know I was there or anyone was in the room. You created this atmosphere of negative reviews; do better.

The parking lot was well‑lit, but the only info sign outside said “we not responsible for your vehicle or its content,” which seemed like something happens often. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken.

It looks nothing like it shows online. The smell throughout the place was the worst, a mix between urine and weed. The beds are uncomfortable, like sleeping on concrete. Staff were inattentive, and the windows were unsafe. Highly do not recommend!
