I was thrilled to find the hotel right in the heart of the city, and the breakfast spread was great for those of us eager to explore. Unfortunately, the rooms lacked conditioner and body lotion, and the single key controlled the entire lighting setup, making it hard for a couple to set different sleep schedules.

The location was perfect, the staff were friendly, the rooms comfortable, and breakfast was nice. Parking turned out to be a hassle because the new system had just launched; it couldn't read our license plate, but everything eventually worked out.

The shower was amazing! The only downside was that there was no plug in the bathroom.

The location was fantastic, the room was super comfortable, and the shower was out of sight. What really stood out was the staff—everybody made us feel so welcome, especially Paige at reception who was incredibly friendly and helpful; truly the best team.
