The staff member was really smiley and served a delicious breakfast. The shower was freezing cold every day, and the ATM didn’t work when I tried to make a payment. During the day it was unclear how to contact staff in an emergency; we only saw her in the mornings.

Nothing, because the house never opened, it was raining, nobody waited for us, we got wet, and it was night with luggage outside—very bad.

Overall everything was very good and matched what was contracted. As an extra, we left for a one‑night trek and they let us leave our stuff at no cost. Also, on the last day we stayed in the room until 15:00 to catch a taxi to the airport, which they arranged for us. Very comfortable. As a home.
