“It's very good for stays”
Everything was perfect.
“No stay”
I reserved a room that accepts pets and they said I couldn't bring my 2 kittens in. I did not stay. I would like a refund. I ended up paying 3 times the cost to stay at another hotel
It was less than expected, and the building feels old.
We arrived at 11 am and no one came to the desk for check‑in; we couldn’t check in, and another couple was there and also couldn’t check in.
“CAN I GET A REFUND?????????????????????????????????????????”
