The room was very comfortable, well equipped, and the staff were very friendly. The spa is shared with the pool where kids learn to swim, which detracts from the relaxation vibe, and the water temperature feels too cold for a spa, though it’s shared with the pool. Half of the spray buttons didn’t work.

The location, services, views, and breakfast were outstanding, but the rooms were so small that a nightstand wouldn't fit and the wardrobe barely opened; the TV was only slightly larger than a tablet, the smallest I've seen in a hotel.

The staff were polite, yet a hammer was left under our room and the reception refused to speak English or French, which was very disappointing.
