The location is superb, the staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts at the “Щастя” restaurant are tasty; I’d suggest picking rooms with windows facing the Palé-Royal square for the best view.

The location is great and the room is wonderful with fabulous breakfasts nearby, but the reception staff were dry and not very welcoming.

The front desk’s English was so bad that they cancelled my booking after just one night because I asked for a room with a walk‑in shower, which they didn’t have—only tubs.
