I couldn’t get access to the accommodation; on 08.08.2026 the key box named by the host had no key, the assigned room was locked and inaccessible. The host was unreachable by phone and the residents on site couldn’t help. I had to book a much pricier alternative that same evening. The listing promised a room with its own shower and toilet, but only shared bathrooms were available on the floor, making the “exclusive modern accommodation” claim misleading. My portal message got no reply and I haven’t received a refund of the nightly rate. Anyone needing a guaranteed check‑in and a private bathroom should avoid this place.

The room lacked a wardrobe, a chair, and any place to put or hang clothes. There was no wall closet for hanging items. This was by far the worst accommodation I’ve ever booked. The mattresses were broken and we kept rolling to the center of the bed. I will never book here again.

My husband and I drove over 800 km and booked a room close to our route to rest before the next day, but the experience was the opposite of a quick, pleasant stay. We collected the keys from the code box after midnight, and the room was a mess from previous guests, as if a party had just happened, with piles of paper everywhere. I messaged the host, who replied quickly, asked for photos, then disappeared, ignoring calls and messages. We were exhausted and couldn’t sleep in that filthy room. The place seems meant for people looking to have a good time, with people arriving with food, cars coming and going, and ladies entering, even leaving things at the door. After an hour of trying to resolve the issue without any response, we left to sleep in the car for hygiene and safety. We complained to Booking, who acted like fools and refused to refund the €59 we paid. I won’t leave it at that because we couldn’t stay due to the poor management of Exclusive Moderne Unterkunft and Booking, who haven’t removed these listings from their platform. They also lie about the room having an individual bathroom when it’s all shared. I don’t recommend it to anyone who really wants to rest.
