I liked the modern facilities and the space in the rooms. The receptionist was kind and attentive to guests. My stay at the hotel and its facilities was very good. The only detail I would have liked to know beforehand is that it is located on a street with pet shops. I would have liked to know this earlier because I feel bad seeing dogs and cats for sale. It’s important to know for people who are sensitive to animals.

The location is great and there is a parking spot very nearby. There was a balcony, which was great. Unfortunately, the room was quite messy. The floor wasn’t cleaned and there were hairs everywhere, especially in the bathroom. We also got dirty cutlery for breakfast, which was changed on request. The staff almost charged me 10 times the agreed price, as she didn’t understand the card payment terminal. It was noisy all night.
