The staff here are incredibly friendly and caring - they really go out of their way to help. I was looked after with soup and drinks when I was feeling under the weather, and the views of the sunset through the big windows were stunning. It's a bit noisy, though, and you do hear your neighbors.

The atmosphere was great, but unfortunately, the receptionist was really bad.

Honestly, it was just okay. The room didn't match the photos at all - we booked a specific one, but got a smelly room with a flooded bathroom instead. When we complained, the receptionist just said all the rooms are the same, which wasn't helpful.
