The hotel's location is definitely a major plus - the view of the valley from my room was stunning. I was also really impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, particularly Nima, who went out of his way to assist me with a few things. The room itself was spotless and had plenty of space, with all the amenities you'd expect. If I'm being picky, the only thing that kept me from giving it a full 5 stars was the noise from the nearby road, but it wasn't too bad.

This resort is located near a viewpoint at the top of a peak. So the view from the room as well as from the pool is awesome. No other buildings in the vicinity. The whole construction is new, and it is clean and well maintained. Staff behaviour is also appreciable. The complimentary breakfast was a mix of continental and Kerala style. It was tasty and good. They charged almost Rs 250 extra than what was mentioned in website (including taxes). Biggest dissappointment we had was about the dinner. THEY WON'T SERVE DINNER TO YOUR ROOM. So you have to dress up and go to their dining area to have the food you ordered. The location is good and isolated. But getting there is little difficult. You should be an above average driver to get yourself to the top of the hills, where this hotel is situated. And buy the things you want to eat or drink, on the way itself. Once you are there, it is difficult to drive back again to nearby township to get things. Better to keep snacks, bottled juices, essential medicines with you

The hotel's warm atmosphere was a welcome change after a long trip. The modern building is conveniently located, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. However, the rooms were a bit small, but they were spotless and well-maintained, which was a plus.

If you're looking for a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, this place is a gem. Located far from the village, it's incredibly quiet and serene – perfect for unwinding and recharging. The property's got a lovely atmosphere, with campfires and music at night, and hiking trails nearby to take in the stunning scenery. The views from the rooms are breathtaking, with hills right next to the hotel and fog rolling in at night.

We had an amazing time at this hidden gem, and it's all thanks to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They made our stay feel like a real treat, especially considering we managed to snag a spot here during peak holiday season. The views from the property are simply stunning – a 360° panorama of the valley and mountains that's a feast for the eyes. We're already counting down the days until we can come back and experience it all again.
