I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, things didn't quite live up to my expectations. The room and toilet were a bit of a letdown - it seemed like they hadn't been properly cleaned before I arrived. The bed was especially uncomfortable, with a flat cushion that made it hard to get a good night's sleep. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience a bit more bearable.

I'm still trying to figure out why I was treated like royalty by the receptionist, despite the hotel's numerous issues. The room was a disaster - dusty, moist, and reeking of phlegm and pus. The AC wasn't working, the fan was broken, and electricity was scarce. To top it off, the bedsheets were dirty and the washroom was a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I'm still trying to process how a hotel can be so utterly disappointing. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was basically a third-class affair - small, cramped, and with a bed that was filthy. I was expecting a lot more for the price I paid, but unfortunately, this place fell way short.

The hotel's location is a major plus - you've got all sorts of transport options right on your doorstep, and the metro and railway stations are just a 15-minute walk away. The staff are super friendly and helpful, always on hand 24/7 if you need anything. I was really impressed by how accommodating they were - just mention any issues and they'll sort them out pronto. And the food? It's actually pretty decent, which is a nice bonus.

This hotel was a major disappointment. The moment I walked in, I got a bad vibe from the atmosphere - it felt really run down and uninviting. The pictures on the website were clearly old and didn't match the reality, which was a bit of a shock. Unfortunately, the room and bathroom were also pretty neglected, with signs of poor maintenance everywhere. It was a real shame, because I'd been looking forward to this stay, but in the end it was a waste of money.
