It’s very close to DisneySea and also near Maihama Station, the interior was immaculate and thoroughly cleaned, and all the amenities were present.

They upgraded my room for free and let me in at 14:00 because it was already ready; the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the pillow smelled bad and the futon felt rough and itchy, the room itself was odorous and the deodoriser I used just added another smell, dust made my nose tickle, the lights flickered off suddenly, and although I chose it for its proximity to Disney Sea, it wasn’t that close and the shuttle ran only a couple of times in the morning and evening.
