How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
This brand‑new hotel sits right on the Riverside and the staff go out of their way to leave a great impression, which they do. Tourism is a bit down at the moment, but you can snag a great price at this beautiful property.

Everything was fine, and nothing was wrong.

The best hotel I’ve ever seen, so much so that we booked two more nights at the end of our trip around Cambodia. The welcome was exceptional; being on our honeymoon, they gave us many lovely surprises, and the staff is wonderful. The location is perfect in front of the river, the building is new, and the rooms are huge with every possible comfort. The pool area and spa are stunning. We couldn’t have chosen better! Special shout‑out to all the staff—they’re all great. Everything.

I think this is the top spot on the Riverside, if not Phnom Penh, with every detail feeling premium.

The location is great, but the noise from nearby night clubs and bars makes it hard to sleep. The buffet breakfast was tiny, offering only one coffee per person and no juice; I ordered a chicken omelette with bacon. The hotel has a pool, gym, and sauna, but the sauna was broken until I told reception, who then fixed it.
