Unkompliziertes Einchecken, sogar vor der angegebenen Zeit, und ein Toaster wurde auf Wunsch bereitgestellt. Die Ausflüge nach Kaustinen, der Umgebung und in die Natur waren schön. Die Möbel wirkten etwas alt und abgewohnt, und es fehlten Küchenutensilien. Einige Stecker und Steckdosen waren gefährlich, weil sie gebrochen waren. Wir bekamen leider nicht die gebuchte Wohnung, aber die Bettwäsche war kostenlos.

Die Lage war gut, die Betten und Bettwäsche waren komfortabel, das Zimmer war ruhig und geräumig. Die Dusche im Keller war kalt.

Das Hotel war ruhig und das Personal freundlich. Es gab jedoch einen Innenkater im Zimmer, von dem wir vorher nichts wussten.
