The rooms had a basic but decent design, breakfast was limited yet satisfactory, and the views were great, but the staff needed better training, the front desk showed no initiative or useful information, housekeeping had a good attitude but the cleaning was poor—rooms weren't cleaned well, the bed was made in a sloppy way, and items were left exactly where we had left them with no effort to tidy.

The rooms were clean and roomy, a lovely seating area let you enjoy the nighttime lights from the window, breakfast offered a wide variety, and there were restaurants just outside for dinner, with the subway nearby for city travel.

I had a great stay here, the staff were super accommodating and we managed to communicate with them using our phones. The room was beautiful and I loved the location - it's not too crowded and there are plenty of good food options and shops around. I was really impressed with the customer service, hands down the best I've ever experienced. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place.

This hotel has a fantastic location, easily accessible by Didi, and it's surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and eateries. The rooms are modern and spacious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I had a great stay here and would recommend it to others.

I loved the location of this place - it's right in the heart of things, and there are tons of great restaurants and shops around. Nothing really stood out as a downside to me.
