I appreciated the thoughtful extras like makeup essentials, nail polish, and a shower cap for emergencies; the bed was comfortable, and being close to the SAP Center was a major plus, which is why we chose this hotel—overall a pleasant and cozy stay, though the room was small, it was outweighed by everything else.

I was amazed by how spotless and fresh everything felt when we arrived. The hotel’s spot‑on location let us stroll straight to the concert at the S. A. P Center. The staff went above and beyond in many ways, and I’ll definitely come back.

The location and cleanliness of the facilities were good. The breakfast was terrible, and even the buffet was sparse. The room was clean and modern, but the pillows were awful. The rooms need better insulation—we could easily hear cars outside and any movement in the hallways.

The staff were friendly, the place was perfectly located for our venue, and parking was extremely convenient. The bed was uncomfortable, the AC didn’t work, the price was too high, the floor should have been carpeted, and there should have been complimentary water.
