I loved how close the hotel was to the beach, but the pool bar prices were a bit steep.
“Localização fantástica , simpatia em todos os funcionários e limpo .”
The spot was convenient, but the TV was tiny—if you can’t see the subtitles it’s a problem—and the room felt a little outdated.
The best thing was the fantastic location: the main avenue was super quiet, the beach and promenade were easy to reach, and the pool entrance led straight to great restaurants! The staff were very kind, my room had sea views, and the pool and lawn were lovely. The beach itself was fantastic. On the downside, breakfast was quite poor and limited; the value for money wasn’t great. The rooms need updating—my bathroom’s sink, tub, and tiles were cracked, the fixtures were old and bad, and the ceiling in the bathroom was in bad shape. The tub should have a door instead of a curtain for hygiene, and the shower pressure was weak. The bidet and water tank were fine, and the air conditioning was excellent. The room décor was very old, which is a shame because renovating the rooms and bathrooms would make the hotel shine and keep it competitive with other star hotels. Users have been saying this for years, but the hotel ignores it. Considering the price, it feels pretty expensive.
The location was great and everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful; a special shout‑out to Miguel Valente for his excellent service.
Everything was very good—no exaggerations. Comfortable, convenient, excellent staff who were friendly and always ready to help.
