“Very bad”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was a major issue. I had to contact customer service to get a clean towel and bed sheets, and there was no soap provided in the bathroom. The staff's proximity to the room door made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, as they would often talk loudly until late at night and start early in the morning. Communication was also a challenge due to the language barrier.

I was somewhat pleased with the hotel's amenities, as the Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked properly, and the location was convenient, with a shopping market nearby and easy transportation. However, the bathroom sink was clogged, forcing us to use the shower hose for basic hygiene tasks. The bath towels were yellowish and unappealing, and the shower gel and shampoo dispensers were almost empty. The mattress was also slanted to one side, which made it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep.
