Good location and clear check‑in instructions; we’ve stayed here many times and it’s a solid place to sleep, but the kitchen could use some upgrades—an appropriately sized frying pan and pot lids would help, the sink wasn’t draining well but was fixed with a small repair, and the vacuum is inadequate for picking up all the trash.

The spoon drawer wasn’t cleaned, there was a mess of sugar, cockroaches, and a lot of dog hair on the floor, and the vacuum seemed to push more debris out than it pulled in, so it didn’t actually vacuum anything; the second floor’s air quality was also poor.
