1. The hotel sits on the outskirts of Uçhisar village, a 15‑minute drive from Göreme; staying here is a great value if you have a car, and the hot‑air‑balloon service can pick you up. The place is clean and comfortable, and breakfast is excellent—there are fried eggs available, highly recommended. 2. I wish the bathroom trash bin were larger; the current one is tiny, and for a family of three staying two days it would run out of space.

Personeller çok güler yüzlü, ilgili ve gerçekten çok tatlıydı. Odalar cok büyük ve tertemizdi. Resepsiyonda çalışan genç bir beyefendi bize her konuda yardımcı oldu. Ütü ihtiyacımızdan bagaj tartımına kadar en küçük detaylarla bile ilgilendi ve bunu saat kaç olursa olsun yaptı. Kahvaltılar mükemmeldi; her şey taze ve lezzetliydi. Kahvaltıda çalışan personeller de çok güler yüzlü ve samimiydi. Otobüs duraklarının nerede olduğunu anlatıyor, isteyen misafirler için taksi çağırıyorlardı. Otel hem çok temizdi hem de çalışanları misafirleriyle gerçekten yakından ilgileniyordu. Kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmern sind relativ groß und sehrrr sauber. Besonders der junge Herr an der Rezeption hat uns bei jeder Kleinigkeit unterstützt, egal ob wir ein Bügeleisen gebraucht haben oder unser Gepäck wiegen wollten. Dabei spielte die Uhrzeit überhaupt keine Rolle. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Alles war frisch und sehr lecker. Auch die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksbereich waren immer freundlich, herzlich und gut gelaunt. Sie haben uns sogar erklärt, wo sich die Bushaltestellen befinden, und auf Wunsch jederzeit ein Taxi für uns gerufen. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das gesamte Team hat sich hervorragend um die Gäste gekümmert. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Tek olumsuz yanı, merkeze biraz uzak olması ve toplu taşıma araçlarının bekleme sürelerinin zaman zaman uzun olmasıydı. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass das Hotel etwas außerhalb liegt und die Wartezeiten auf die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel teilweise etwas länger sind

The hotel is beautiful and new, the parking lot is huge which mattered because we were driving, the beds are very comfortable, and breakfast is tasty and varied—thanks to the hospitable staff 🌟🌺.
