“Very good”
The location was the main reason I chose this hotel. Extra blanket pillows and clearer hallway signage would be nice.

The Inn at Opryland, A Gaylord Hotel, is a 1.2 km walk from the Grand Ole Opry, offering an indoor pool, fitness centre, and business centre. Rooms feature flat-screen TVs, seating areas, and coffee makers, with toiletries provided. Two on-site restaurants, Opry Backstage Grill and Atrium Cafe, serve American fare, breakfast dishes, and coffee. Downtown Nashville is a 15-minute drive away.

It was convenient for the places we wanted to visit, and the restaurant was excellent! I’d like to see a Marriott‑style renovation; the walls are bare and unappealing, the carpets are worn, and the great atrium area has plenty of room for improvement.

The front desk staff were friendly and the hotel was very quiet. However, the food at the Backstage Opry restaurant was terrible, the menu was limited, and service was just okay. When we arrived, our room was in a good spot but was dirty with hair in the tub and didn’t look cleaned. We were moved to a new room that was even worse. The hotel feels outdated and doesn’t match the quality I expected from Marriott. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.

The staff were friendly and the room was quiet, but the location was not ideal.

I keep coming back to this spot in Nashville because it’s so convenient—right across from the mall, which makes everything a walk away.
