The staff are very friendly and helpful, very cozy. The view is sensational. Very child‑friendly. The food was very good. Dreamy sleep on perfect mattresses. Thank you very much. The shower lacked a shelf.

A pleasant, quiet spot with a varied and good breakfast. In summer the hotel offers free access to the Hinterstoder ski lift for a hike up. The staff were helpful, and kids enjoyed seeing llamas roaming around. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. However, the pool and children’s play area were poorly maintained, dinner was adequate but nothing special, and the take‑away lunch was overpriced – they charged €8 for a cheese roll and a sandwich.

The setting was lovely, the owner and staff were wonderful, everyone was kind and accommodating, and everything was clean and cozy everywhere. I have nothing to complain about.
