The facilities were comfortable and incredibly clean. There was a great dry room for ski gear, a wonderful shared kitchen and dining area, and it was close to a tasty Swiss bakery. Hugo gave us a lift to the bus stop, which was a huge help with three kids and luggage. Nothing negative – it was fantastic!

The room was immaculately clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the rooms didn’t have fridges.

The staff were excellent and very helpful, and the facilities were good, but the beds were uncomfortable and the windows had no curtains, making the room very bright.

The staff were great, friendly and helpful, the location was convenient for skiing, and the place was very clean; the kitchen area was great and the drying room was good, though a comfortable lounge area with relaxing chairs in the reception would have been nice.
