“Gosto muito deste hotel!”
I like the hotel staff, but the facilities are starting to need maintenance on small details in the room.

Acomodação excelente. De tudo!

The breakfast had very few choices, the food was all cold, everything ran out, and nobody refilled it; even though the hotel might have been less busy or most guests had already eaten, we were still within the service window, so that lack of attention is unacceptable.

The staff were friendly, the place was spotless and in a great spot, but the breakfast could be better organized—when guests arrive, the refilling is slow or sometimes never happens.

The team was very attentive.
