The hotel is stunning, the beach is beautiful, and the facilities and rooms are lovely. The downside is the lack of sun beds and towels that frequently run out.

The rooms are large and spacious with relaxing balconies that offer nice sunset and sunrise views. Internet speeds were decent and reliable, and there’s even a business room for printing. The dining areas were okay, but I preferred the one on the left (when facing the pool from the lobby) because their service was better than the one on the right. The highlight is the outdoors: the swimming pool is massive and truly enjoyable, and the beach is just a short walk away. The staff went above and beyond by showing World Cup games on a large projector screen in the lobby—truly a masterclass in hospitality. The only negative experience was lunch at the restaurant on the right side; it was almost empty with only 2–3 other tables, and it took over 40 minutes to prepare our food. The restaurant on the left side served food faster.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the pool area is great, and the beach is beautiful. However, the pool toys only allowed a weight limit of 50 kg, so anyone over 12 couldn’t use them, and there were no activities for kids aged 14–20. By 11 am the pool water was warm. The buffet was the biggest let‑down; it didn’t cater to western tastes and the food quality was subpar. The seafood and meat BBQ didn’t meet expectations, and there’s no free shuttle bus to Hoi An.
