“Soggiorno Tranquillo e Piacevole”
I really liked the staff and the owner’s friendliness; they were super available for any need. There’s always a guard and everything is checked. The bed is made every day and towels are changed every three days. The location is good, but the street where the hotel entrance is on isn’t great, especially at night. We thought the building would look a bit different and the pool would be bigger, but overall it went very well.
The owner Elena was kind and available, but breakfast was terrible—only an omelette, a small fruit plate, a slice of biscotti, and powdered lyophilized stuff; the room had issues that the owner fixed over time; the building felt old but was tidy.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the area is quiet, just a short walk from the sea in Nungwi.

I absolutely loved my stay at Zazicrown otel! From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, everything was wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to the management for creating such a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Everyone genuinely cared about the guests and was always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the whole property was beautifully kept. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing and felt like a home away from home. I have stayed at several places in Zanzibar, and this was definitely one of my favorite experiences. I would happily come back here again and would highly recommend Zanzicrown otel to anyone visiting Nungwi Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable! 🙏❤️ There was nothing I disliked. Everything was perfect.
