The location is great and the staff are attentive, and there was nothing negative.

I loved the location, the homemade coffee was nice, there were few options but everything was fresh; the girls at the café were polite and friendly, and the room was clean and fragrant; the only issue was the pool where I tried to enter and there was no filter to remove surface dirt, so there were bees and beetles.

We’ve stayed here six times now, and the quality level stays consistently high, making each visit still very pleasant. The staff are always helpful and polite, the room is comfortable with a good bed and clean linens, the smart TV offers streaming, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. The location is convenient, close to good restaurants, especially Cabana dos Corais, and near the Pataxo community craft fair. The only downside was the departure process.

The hotel’s facilities are excellent, and the experience is even better thanks to the great location. The blend of comfort, quality of the amenities, and easy access makes the stay more enjoyable. However, the hotel clearly focused a lot on quality, comfort, and the overall setup for guests, yet I felt it lacked more attention for those who might need to work during a leisure stay. For instance, the Wi‑Fi does not provide a suitable connection for work in all areas of the hotel; the best performance was almost limited to the pool area. Moreover, there is no suitable space to set up a workstation, with a table, comfortable chair, and good internet. Today it’s common for guests to need to attend a meeting, reply to emails, or work a few hours while traveling. Having a small dedicated area for that, or at least a more stable Wi‑Fi in rooms and interior spaces, would make a big difference in the hotel experience.
