Good reception service. The noise is so loud you can’t sleep, they don’t serve food except at dinner time, and the spa is bad because too many people are there and they’re messing around.

The hotel has a cool design vibe, the bar serves good drinks, and the rooms are nicely decorated, but the staff at the Italian restaurant weren't very service‑oriented and the mattresses were way too soft.

Marie at reception was fantastic—friendly and genuinely looking out for guests. The hotel’s atmosphere and décor are stunning, and the spa is great. On the downside, the bathroom lighting is awful, making makeup nearly impossible, the route to the city center is a dull road, and the spot feels a little off‑the‑beaten‑path.

Everyone on the staff was friendly, though there was no parking available.

The location by Mälaren and the way the building was renovated keep its history alive while respecting the environment and climate, but a bit more information would have helped.
