The location was great, and the room was perfect for the night—spotlessly clean and cozy. We got an upgrade and were grateful for the extra space. The hotel has no café or restaurant; I’m not sure if that’s permanent or will return.

Very good location right next to restaurants and shops yet still a bit quieter. The room is a bit small with limited storage, but it’s fine for a few days in Phuket. Some parts of the bathroom had mold and it was a bit dusty.
