“Front desk a bit disorganized at check in”
The lobby is a good place for kids to hang out. I wasn’t told that the Ada room had beds very low to the ground, which made my mobility issues more challenging. I asked for a wake‑up call but there was no phone in the room. I requested housekeeping, but they didn’t come.

The location is excellent and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The airport shuttle was very convenient. We were surprised by the parking charge
