The staff were older but pleasant, yet the building feels old‑fashioned and it’s hard to avoid that.

It was great that Netflix was available and the staff were very kind; having a fan in the room was a thoughtful touch, and I was relieved when they mailed back an item I’d forgotten. Thanks for that. On the downside, I was a little surprised to be charged for water, since many places offer it for free, and the jacuzzi was broken and unusable, which was disappointing.
