“Terrible”
The lobby had a pleasant scent, but if you plan to jackhammer on the roof at 8 am you need to warn guests in advance—otherwise the sleep was horrible.

The location was fine, but there was zero support at check‑in, the elevator was broken, and the breakfast was very weak with only a few options on the café credit.

The hotel has a cool vibe. A friend had me head to Del Ray for a quick summer weekend, and when I got there I could feel the upscale feel of the place. The architecture is great, the building looks very modern, and the expensive cars parked outside show it pulls a certain crowd. My room was super comfy, no complaints, and the upstairs bar/patio was a real highlight – everyone was dressed to the nines in the evenings, though it also felt like an after‑work spot with a lot of people coming in around happy hour, eating, drinking, and leaving before the “celebrities” arrived. Food options are plentiful: the lobby serves breakfast and coffee, a short walk across the street takes you to Lulus for good drinks and food, and the main drag has many bars and local spots for dinner. The location is great, and there’s a shuttle that can take you down to the beach; I didn’t get to use it, but a couple I met on the elevator raved about how convenient it was. Parking was a bit of a hassle – the valet is pricey, so I’d recommend looking for street parking instead.

The location is just two steps from the lively Delray area and still a reasonable walk to the beach, but I didn’t get the room I had booked and had to ask for a change; breakfast, which should have been included, was billed extra and turned out to be very poor, essentially just a separate coffee shop inside the hotel.
