The place is so spacious! The host is very generous and understanding. I accidentally booked the wrong dates, but they still accommodated us without any extra fees. The communication was a bit hard because of the language difference.

The space was very large and the parking was right in front of the entrance; the owner was pleasant and the stay was very good. I want to go again with my kids next time. Since it’s not a hotel, there’s no cleaning staff, so the cleanliness was a little concerning.

The coffee and sweets offered were nice. The scent of incense was too strong for my sensitivity, and I felt the vase by the pillow was a little unsafe.

The welcome was very warm and the explanation thorough. The photos don’t do justice to the place, because it’s even more spacious in person! Several shops and restaurants are nearby. It’s a bit far from Kumamoto city centre, but that worked perfectly for us. There’s ample private parking right at the door and a nice private terrace.
