The host accepted a late check‑in, communicated smoothly via WhatsApp, offered gluten‑free breakfast items (bread, cookies, cereals), and the regular breakfast was good. It’s close to the Vatican, and I appreciated being able to drop off luggage a few hours after checkout. Credit cards were accepted, but city tax must be paid in cash—bring some on hand. The linens felt a bit too firm and scrunchy, making sleep uncomfortable, and the shower toiletries were lower quality.

Sehr gut , das Check ihn ohne Personal klappte es sehr gut. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, man kommt zu Fuß ziemlich überall hin, vor allem Richtung Vatikanstadt. das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Es könnte etwas früher losgehen. 8:00 Uhr finde ich etwas zu spät. Ist nichts negatives, aber Frühstück von 8-10 ist knapp beziehungsweise es sollte ab 7:00 Uhr losgehen

It’s more of a B&B than a hotel, with unfriendly staff. Breakfast was mediocre: stale croissants, hot fruit juice, yogurts not refrigerated—cold chain was questionable even though it was 35 °C. The shower was clogged upon arrival, and the next morning at 8:30 am the water was cold. Toiletries were minimal—just soap, no shampoo or conditioner.

Breakfast was barebones—just two croissants, butter in a cup that melted in the heat instead of single servings, the same with preserves, and the bread was fresh only on the first day; the rest of the days were disappointing.
