How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Key pickup was easy with the PIN pad, the place was very clean, the kitchen had everything needed, and the outdoor seating worked well; the apartment only had two beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, a small desk with a chair, and no seating furniture—true comfort looks different, but it’s enough for a single night. Parking can become difficult from about 17:00 due to location, and the Wi‑Fi is unstable.

The place is very affordable, and I liked that the keys were left in a lockbox so I could check in on my own. The location is convenient for reaching the main nearby cities. Parking is a bit of a gamble because the streets are narrow, but you can find a spot if you’re patient. The neighborhood is residential and quiet.

The location is very quiet. Even though there are several vacation apartments inside the building, it remains peaceful and I didn’t hear other guests at all. The communal kitchen has everything you need and stays clean. The bathroom, however, smells musty.

The room is nice, the bathroom is clean, and the kitchen was shared with other guests. Everything necessary was available, which was great. The city center is within walking distance. Finding a parking spot was difficult.

Check‑in and check‑out were simple, the room was modern, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. There’s also a tidy communal kitchen where you can cook normally. When I asked a question, the staff answered quickly. The property sits on a quiet side street about 1 km from the center and the train station. The shower cabin leaks, so the bathroom floor gets slightly flooded, and the booking confirmation with check‑in details could have been clearer, which would have avoided my question.
