We liked the location the most, the chance to relax away from the city, a beautiful, well‑maintained place with soul. The host was fantastic and very kind. Breakfasts were tasty with local products. We strongly recommend this place and will return! ☺️

The hilltop location was fantastic, with spectacular views and stunning sunsets, close to the town, and a very friendly, helpful host. The pool was beautiful and deep, the garden well cared for, and the kitchen was well equipped – we had everything we needed. The apartment was very comfortable, the air‑conditioning kept it cool in the heat, and there were plenty of interesting, original items inside. Even teenagers enjoyed it and had nothing to complain about. There was nothing missing.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The location was central enough for our Tuscany trips. The facility was perfect for a Tuscany vacation, with a pool, an awesome view, and privacy for our family. Nothing else to add.

We had an unforgettable stay at this wonderful place! The location is close to all the main attractions, yet surprisingly peaceful and private. The owner, Egidio, gave us truly personal care—he welcomed us himself, saw us off when we left, and even served us breakfast personally. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, made with wonderful local farm‑fresh products, and Egidio shared the building’s 15th‑century history, adding depth to our experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, but the real magic was the garden, where time seemed to stand still and the view was simply breathtaking. I wished I had all the time in the world to sit on the swing and soak it all in. This is one of those rare places that stays with you, and I recommend it wholeheartedly with no hesitation. We’d love to return!
