Check‑in was easy. Neil was very nice. The maintenance man (name unknown) showed us the pool and explained why it was discolored. Nice guy!

The customer service on the phone was horrible. I have never in my life spoke to someone so rude who is suppose to be helping. Rude people should not work in customer service.
