“Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding, maar een goede omschrijving van de faciliteiten aan te bevelen.”
Everything is clean. The location is good for bike trips, and bikes can be safely parked on the premises. There’s a free parking spot. Communication is good and fast, and the coffee was ready as a welcome. The description of the booked room was incorrect; there was no real kitchen (no stove for cooking), and we missed the seating area (no table for a cozy breakfast).
“Gerne wieder.”
The room was spacious, which I really appreciated.
The furnishings were a bit worn and dated, yet the mattresses were excellent and we slept well. Since it was a family visit, the accommodation was practical and affordable. The small kitchen let us make tea, coffee, and a light snack, and there was a fridge too. What I didn’t like was the whole apartment smelling like a room freshener. We removed the diffuser immediately, but even after airing it out the scent lingered in the furniture, fabrics, and later on our clothes. I believe rooms should always be as odor‑free as possible, without fabric softener or air fresheners, because hosts can’t predict if guests might react allergically.
“Top Hostel”
Everything just fits.
The place was lovely and I’ll definitely come back if the chance arises. The only thing that could be improved is the lighting; the living room and bedroom only have spotlights, no bedside lamp or floor lamp, and the room felt a bit cold when I arrived, so I had to crank up the heater.
