Rosen Appartements

The location is great and it’s nice and quiet. The apartment is comfortably sized for 4 people; 6 people would only be theoretical. There are 2 private parking spaces. I received a message with all the important information, which also advised me to contact problems via WhatsApp. I did that, mentioning the following: dirty laundry in the washing machine, missing coffee pot, only superficial cleaning, used disposable rubber gloves in the cupboard, dirt and dust in every corner, no shower towels. No one has responded to date, which is very disappointing for an otherwise good accommodation. The kitchen equipment is also rather sparse; for example, 3 teaspoons are insufficient for 4 people. The TV in the living room only worked when I logged into my own Prime account; a cable was connected but no channels could be received. Fortunately, we were only there for a weekend.

“Hätte ich ein Apartment ohne Dusche gewollt, hätte ich eines gebucht!”

A tidy apartment with new, practical furniture and a very comfortable bed. The shower was broken, a problem already mentioned on Booking in September; it’s a shame the small gasket can’t just be swapped out, so everything in the bathroom gets wet and washing hair was impossible—very annoying, a big minus for us.

“Einmal und nie wieder!”

Good location, quiet house. Absolutely filthy! We found damp sheets from the previous tenant in the washing machine, foreign laundry in the dryer and the sideboard, and broken items, especially a faulty shower hose that floods the bathroom. There isn’t enough cutlery for three people even though the place is meant for four. The smoke detector in the hallway was covered with a freezer bag (major safety issue), and the host never responded to our complaints. Very disappointing and nothing was resolved.
