The staff were amazing—very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was great! The location is prime in Seoul, just minutes from Lotte Mall/Tower, and the nightlife is very lively. The price was very reasonable.

The hotel sits in a great spot, just a short walk to KSPO and Lotte, with plenty of restaurants nearby that stay quiet despite being only a few alleys away; the reception staff are friendly and can converse in basic Chinese, but the room has a faint, slightly stale smell that isn’t unbearable.

The front‑desk team was warm and could manage basic English, making it a good pick for a solo fan‑trip since it’s close to KSPO, though the bathroom lacks a door.

The place was spotless and the room looked great, and I really appreciated that the toilet and shower were separate. Its proximity to Kspo was a definite plus, and I’d definitely choose to stay here again.

The room and staff were lovely, and a very nice man helped with my luggage at the tax office. Nothing else to note.
